Shipping Policy

Important Shipping Information

​

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

​

Sometimes Australia Post may be experiencing domestic and international delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.  They are doing everything they can to deliver as safely and quickly as possible.  Thank you for understanding.

​

A tracking number will be provided via email, so you are able to keep track of your parcel's progress.

​

Delivery Address

​

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and up to date.  If a package is returned to us or does not arrive at the correct destination due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for the replacement or refund of that order.

​

Processing time

​

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies.  For details, see individual items.

​

Estimate delivery times

​

We'll do our best to meet dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them.  Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

​

Customs and import taxes

​

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund
Policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused, in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.

​

Our refund policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

​

Refunds are only processed once the original item has been returned in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging and all tags intact.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

​

If in the unfortunate event your item arrives defective, damaged or the order is incorrect, please contact us via email: info@anjalecodesigns.com immediately and return the item to the address that will be provided via email, within 7 days of receiving the item.  Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.  

​

It is highly recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

​

Shipping charges to the customer will only be refunded if the returned item is defective or the order is incorrect.  Defective items will be repaired if possible.  Incorrect orders will be corrected once the incorrect items have been received in their original condition and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

​

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the outcome and the approval or rejection of your refund.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

We gladly accept returns.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery.

We don't accept exchanges or cancellations.

​

But please contact us via email at info@anjalecodesigns.com, if you have any problems with your order.

The following can't be returned or exchanged.

​

We do not accept returns on the following items: Custom or personalised orders, Sale items, Jewellery, Accessories.

​

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged or defective, we can't accept returns.
